All-road adventure bike
This bicycle is ready to go anywhere. It has all the options — couplers for travel, dynamo lights, custom Black Star bags, Sinewave USB charger, Igleheart fork and stem, Ahearne racks. The bike was built to be versatile — the relaxed geometry is comfortable and stable for fully-loaded tours, or stripped down to the basics as a daily commuter. It’s current set up is with 650b wheels and 2.4” tires for gravel and off-road riding and it will also accept 700c wheels with 45c or better tires (700c wheels not included). With a 2x11 drivetrain you get all the range you need while maintaining smaller steps between gears than with 1x systems. And, better than anything, this bike is an absolute joy to ride.
It is lightly used and well cared for. It has very few blemishes. The chain and cassette were recently replaced and have fewer than about 200 miles on them.
The bike was built for a rider who is 6’3” and averagely proportioned. With minor adjustments it should fit riders between about 6’ to 6’5” depending on your arm, leg and torso lengths.
The owner of the bike is a designer — you can see this in the thoughtfully considered details, from choice parts to the US Forest Service paint scheme and the color of the bags. It even has a removable (yes, usable!) titanium spork head badge with the Page Street logo. All of it is in honor of getting out on roads less traveled. In my opinion it’s one of the most striking bikes to come with the Page Street name.
